C Spire ‘I Work For’ Campaign


C Spire stands for ‘customer inspired’. That’s where the inspiration for the name of the company originated when beginning the rebrand process from Cellular South to C Spire in 2011. In 2017, I was tasked with reviving C Spire’s brand position of being ‘customer inspired’ in a way that consumers could relate to, while also distinguishing the brand from other wireless competitors.

We didn’t just revive customer inspired, we brought new meaning to the term. By using C Spire employees as the embodiment of the campaign, the customer inspired company philosophy was brought to life.

The ‘I Work For’ campaign became one of the most recognizable campaigns in C Spire history. The integrated marketing campaign increased brand awareness and consideration by significant points.
