C Spire and the Center for Telehealth at the University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC), combined efforts to deliver more convenient healthcare access for patients.
Using an agile approach, we created a mobile app and a robust marketing campaign that showcased the benefits of using the app and how it effects consumer’s lives. The user experience has fewer steps in registration and clearly explains how to use the app, making the patient path to see a doctor quicker and easier than ever.
Today, the app can be found in the App Store and Google Play and maintains a 5-star satisfaction rating.
